Janet Wolf, Public Participation Specialist/Biologist

Janet Wolf joined Ecosphere in 2004 as a senior project manager, bringing more than 18 years professional environmental consulting experience to the firm. Janet has a strong background in the CERCLA and has conducted Preliminary Assessments/Site Investigations (PA/SI) on over 40 sites in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Alaska. Her NEPA background includes managing public involvement processes and supporting EIS and RMP development. Janet possesses considerable expertise in community relations and public participation. She's conducted and facilitated numerous public meetings in both urban and rural settings, and has prepared a wide variety of documents for public distribution. Recent experience also includes providing permitting and compliance support to oil and gas clients. Prior to joining Ecosphere, she spent 12 years in Alaska working in hazardous waste and resource management consulting. Janet holds a B.A. in biology from the University of California at Davis and has completed all master's course work in environmental management from the University of San Francisco and in environmental quality science from the University of Alaska in Anchorage.
