Keith Fox, Environmental Scientist
Keith Fox joined Ecosphere in 2003 and serves as the projects coordinator between the Durango and Farmington offices. He brings to the firm more than 17 years experience in the environmental/regulatory compliance field. For the past 12 years Keith has performed environmental compliance work for private sector clients in the Four Corners region. Areas of expertise include NEPA documentation and compliance, regulatory compliance reviews, soil and ground contamination investigations, Phase 1 and 2 ESAs and Industrial Health and Safety compliance inspections. Prior to his consulting work, he spent five years with the New Mexico Environment Department - Underground Storage Tank Bureau. Responsibilities included project management of state Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Trust Fund sites, regulatory compliance oversight, and administration of a contractor bid process. He was also responsible for soil and ground water sampling and emergency response activities at high priority contamination sites affecting public water supplies. Keith holds a master of science in organic chemistry with an emphasis in environmental geochemistry from the University of New Mexico and a bachelor of arts in chemistry from the University of Colorado.
